Well, for starters cubs and cougar women from across Australia will be converging on the Sunshine Coast between August 20-22nd  2010 for three fabulous days and two very “Hot” nights as they unleash their wild sides at The Cougar Resort Weekend.

On the eve of Friday the 20th August, cougars are on the hunt for the “Most Wanted Cub” in “Rumble in the Jungle.” There can only be one winner and it’s going to be the cub that has the most cougars squirming with delight to knock out the other contenders for the title of “Mr Cougar-Bait 101.”

The Weekend hits fever pitch on Saturday night with The Cougar Ball when the cougars turn up the heat as they step into something far more sultry and sexy.  Come along and find out if it is possible for you to be the one cougar woman to eclipse all others and be crowned the first-ever Miss Cougar Australia.

As far as International Cougar Events go, this is going to be the hottest Cougar Event to hit the East Coast of Australia this year and is a not to be missed weekend for cubs and cougar women.

WHAT MAKES A COUGAR WOMAN A COUGAR!

…Grabbing men’s butts in bars, throwing their leg over a man’s shoulder in public to demonstrate their “flexibility” and acting out like junior high school girls is not why younger men are drawn to older women. Treating men like sex objects in an effort to “be equal” to men who have treated women like sex objects for so long does not raise our bar. It lowers it to the same level of base behavior that we detest.

Younger men who have experience dating older women know that this is not true Cougar behavior and in no minced words, they let me know how disgusted…yes, disgusted…they are that this is the way Cougars are being portrayed by the media. It gives all women a bad label and makes women who are on the fence about becoming a Cougar feel that this stereotype is how they must behave in order to fit the profile. I see women in public “trying” to be a Cougar. It is obvious they are trying because they don’t look comfortable in the (animal print) skin they are wearing. Some of them even try to dumb down to the level of younger men by being trendy, talking hip and using the same lingo instead of having the man up his game and elevating him to her level. It doesn’t look good on them and it isn’t working.

A younger man who is really sincere about meeting and dating Cougar women do so because mature women are not like the twenty somethings he is used to meeting. These men are bored with girls who play games, only talk about themselves/hair/makeup and whine, and have no perspective on life. A true Cougar woman embodies years of self development, learning, perspective, wisdom and all the things that it takes to make a woman of any age well rounded.

How younger men can pick ‘cougar women’ in the crowd

It depends on the cougar but overall here are the 5 ways to tell if she qualifies as being one.

1) Wedding Ring, or I should say a lack of a wedding ring. This should be the first thing you look for but some young guys make this mistake of not looking. If she does not have a wedding ring on her hand do not assume she is single. However, this is the first positive sign to approach her.

2) Fitness is very important to cougar women. They usually have tight bodies with a nice tan, and there skin is well taken care of. Remember, these ladies are used to the finer things in life and have been taking care of themselves.

3) Cosmetic Surgery, a lot of these women have gone under the knife to keep that young look or to enhance special features of there body.
